Matt Mieves helped us beyond measure as our buyer’s agent this year. We had a complicated situation with difficult criteria finding just the right property, complete with deadlines. He spent an entire summer and fall looking at endless properties with patience and kindness. He fielded a million questions, searching out information when he didn’t have the answers. Because we were looking from a distance, he visited many properties with our son, who was going to be living on the property we ultimately found. His decades of construction experience were invaluable in seeing potential problems and pitfalls. To say he went above and beyond is hardly enough; through disappointments, and laughter and always with a ‘see it through’ attitude. It’s been a long time, if ever, that we’ve worked with an agent who gave this kind of support. We always knew he had our backs.
